Shopping process and delivery service specifications

Shopping:

  1. On the main page, please click “Log In/Sign Up“. Fill in customer personal information and send out.
  2. Select products. Complete shopping by click to “My shopping basket” on the upper right-hand side corner.
  3. Click to “Payment “, input all delivery information (including name of recipient, correct delivery address). Select either self-pick up and / or home delivery. Our service representative will contact customer within ONE working day to confirm all delivery and payment details.
  4. Payment for your order.
  5. Once full payments are received in order, we shall dispatch and deliver all shipment orders within 3 to 4 working days.
  6. Recipient’s signature required for home delivery.

(A) FREE DELIVERY SERVICE:

Spend HKD $ 800 (net) or more to receive free delivery. (Hong Kong area only)

Delivery zone:

All of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories (including Tung Chung)

*Excluding the following locations:

Outlying Islands (Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Kat O, Peng Chau, Tai O) & restricted areas (Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Man Kam To)

 

Remarks:

For orders below $800, an extra $120 delivery charge will be applied.

An additional charge of $20 will be added for delivery to remote locations,

Limited to ONE address per invoice.

If we are unable to proceed with an order, we shall contact patron on the following one business day.

(B)SELF PICK-UP SERVICE:

Pick-up location:

Unit L-N, 8/F, Wah Lik Industrial Centre,

No. 459-469 Castle Peak Rd., Tsuen Wan, N.T.

Once the order has placed, our customer service department shall call patrons for pick-up notification.

*All orders will be delivery within three working days after Received the payment.

General Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • Order will be scheduled for delivery in 3 to 4 working days; same day delivery will not be accepted.
  • Delivery service is unavailable public holidays and Sunday.
  • Customer is responsible to ensure someone is at the location to receive delivery. If receiver is absent for the delivery, customer needs to re-schedule the delivery and will be responsible for transportation charge of HK$120 and all other expenses that may incur.
  • If Black Rainstorm Warning ,Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 or above is in forced, all deliveries will be stopped and postponed to the following working day or re-scheduled the delivery time by e-mail /phone.
  • Before you place an order, please make sure you read thoroughly and understand all information provided, otherwise any change will not accepted after payment has been processed.

Refund Policy

  • All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Upon delivery, should there be any damages to the products, please contact us immediately at 852-2111 2861 or via whatapp 9850 2153for proper record and arrangement, failure to report will be considered as complete delivery.
  • Viewfull reserves the right for any product return from customers.

Returns and cancellation

Please note all delivery orders will be processed immediately once payments are made, hence no amendments nor cancellation shall be done.
